Strengthening Agronomic Fundamentals

RAML CROP CONCEPTS® (RCC) is dedicated to helping today’s crop producers make better choices using clear, science-based information. We provide honest, practical advice on evidence-based data, biology, and real field results, not marketing claims.

RCC represents trust, useful innovation, and the drive for higher crop yields. All our work is based on the idea that farming success comes from solid basics, accurate testing, and careful fieldwork.

The “Why” behind RCC.

At its core, RCC exists to bring clarity to agronomics and get back to the basics.

The Northern Plains is one of the most agronomically complex regions in North America. Iron Deficiency Chlorosis(IDC), Soybean Cyst Nematode (SCN) interactions, carbonates and bicarbonates, salinity, soil variability, early-season environmental stress, and evolving disease complexes all layer together. Genetics change rapidly, management systems shift, and growers face an overwhelming number of decisions with real yield and profitability on the line.

Yet every day, growers and agronomy professionals are expected to understand all of it, communicate all of it, and make the right call, often times with incomplete information and very little time.

RCC was created to bridge that gap.

RCC takes the best available science, pairs it with field experience, and distills it into clear, visual, research-backed frameworks that simplify decision-making.

Instead of complexity, RCC offers clarity.

Instead of noise, RCC offers direction.

Instead of scattered information, RCC offers a cohesive system.

WHY something happens, not just WHAT to do about it.

Your questions answered.

What is RCC ?

Raml Crop Concepts® (RCC) is an educational platform designed to simplify complex crop performance issues, especially in the Northern Plains. RCC combines university-validated research, field-scale data, and modern agronomic modeling to develop practical, region-specific solutions for corn and soybean growers.

Is RCC a consultant?

No.

RCC does not provide in-field services such as crop consulting, retail agronomy services, or crop scouting; instead, RCC offers a research-driven advisory and education platform that provides insights to arm professionals and producers with better information.

RCC offers educational frameworks and branded agronomic tools (tables, diagrams, maps, scorecards) to support decision-making.

None.

RCC is an independent insight platform, completely separate from any seed company, input supplier, retail organization, or product line. We choose to stay independent so that our insights and frameworks are trustworthy and useful for everyone, no matter what products you buy or grow. Our main aim is to provide clear, unbiased, research-based agronomic information that applies to various crops and different farming practices, helping you make well-informed decisions.
